The aim of the Tech City-on-Sea concept is to promote local businesses in the ‘techie’ field and encourage enterprise in the local area. The focus of our event in July is to promote Digital skills by discussing the tech skillset of the next generation to an appropriate industry and discussing the future of the industry.
Way to be involved:
1) Attend! The event is completely free to attend. Your organisation is invited to join us for the event, be sure to bring business cards to network, enjoy the exhibitions, the ‘tech talks’ and have some beer and pizza on the house! Please book here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/tech-city-on-sea-tickets-33011088053 This event is open, so please feel free to promote this amongst your networks to ensure we get another great turn out!
2) Talk Tech! The event will see local organisations do a short 5 minute ‘Tech Talk’ on their experiences in the industry. As mentioned, this event is focused on digital skills, what you can offer as an organisation and what you may be looking for.If you would like to do a talk please let us know by emailing us a short brief about what your talk will involve.
3) Exhibit! Once again we’re inviting organisations to exhibit their Tech products and services at the event. To do this we’re asking for a small donation towards the cost of catering and marketing this event. If you would like to exhibit and therefore become a sponsor we’re charging £99.00 + vat per stand. Please let us know if you would like to do this so we can send over a short application form. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Whichever way you’d like to be involved we look forward to seeing you!
